No payment needed to start. Sign up, build your welcome book and preview everything for free — no card required. You add a payment method only when you publish; from then you get 14 days of Advanced, free, with every tab. Before the trial ends, choose Basic or Advanced — if you don’t choose, you stay on Advanced. The first payment happens only after the 14 days, and if you cancel from your dashboard before then, you’re never charged.

Basic gives guests your welcome book and the AI concierge — Wi-Fi, check-in, house rules and your recommendations, answered in seven languages; the concierge also tells guests what’s on nearby when they ask. Advanced adds three tabs guests can browse: This week (live local events), Plan my stay (a day-by-day planner) and Enhance your stay (your extras, partner services, tours and tickets). On Basic you can still preview every tab in your dashboard.

Yes. Within your plan you switch each tab on or off — all the way down to a concierge-only guide. If you move from Advanced to Basic, your tab settings are kept and come back as soon as you switch to Advanced again.

Each apartment is priced in its own band, like tax brackets: the 1st and 2nd at the full price, the 3rd to 9th lower, the 10th and up lower again. So 5 apartments on Advanced cost 2 × €19 + 3 × €15 = €83 a month. You pay for the apartments that are published — unpublish one and it stops being billed from your next payment.

No — and they never will. Your guest scans the QR code and the guide opens straight in their phone's browser, in their own language. No download, no account, no login.

Prices are excluding VAT (+ 21% Belgian VAT where applicable). You'll receive a proper monthly invoice from ABSS Analytics.

No setup fee and no multi-year contract. Monthly plans are month-to-month — cancel anytime from your dashboard. Yearly plans (with two months free) run for the 12 months you prepay, then renew only if you choose.

For your guests, yes — unlimited guests and questions in normal use. Most answers come straight from your welcome book. A generous fair-use limit of 1,000 live searches per apartment per month exists only to stop bots; real apartments never come close.
