Recovery Academy: Music and recovery

Music can evoke a source of comfort, recognition and joy. Music can also have a connecting effect. In this course, in a first part we will listen to music together and exchange experiences about this. In a smaller, second part you will also get the opportunity to follow an initiation workshop 'Music & Improvisation'. This all happens very accessibly. Together with others we look at how music can mean a restorative factor in your life. Herstelacademie De Herstelacademie offers short and targeted trainings on recovery and psychological resilience.
