House martin excursion

Bike ride along the Dessel - Kwaadmechelen canal to count house martin nests of the various house martin colonies under the bridges over the canal. Led by Jef Sas and Peter Stroobants. We start by bike at the Simonse bridge in Mol (Zuiderring) at 10:30 AM and cycle along the canal to nature house De Rammelaars in Kwaadmechelen. Along the way, we count nests of the house martin colonies under the various bridges. Distance 12 km. We end the bike ride around 1:00 PM at nature house De Rammelaars, where we can have a picnic and a drink together. Afterwards, you cycle home yourself. Be sure to bring a picnic, binoculars, and your bike. Organic drinks for sale at the nature house. ,
