The discovery of an unexploded bomb from the Tweede Wereldoorlog at a construction site causes chaos in London: a large part of the metropolis must be evacuated as quickly as possible. At the risk of his own life, Major Will Tranter is deployed to dismantle the bomb. Amidst the chaos, master thief Karalis and his accomplices seize their chance to rob a nearby bank.
