Ermite flea market

On one of the last Sundays in June, as part of a "neighborhood festival," the sidewalks of the Ermite neighborhood are "rented" by occasional exhibitors who offer "attic clearance" quality items for sale. The site of the Brocante de l'Ermite is delimited by three streets forming a "triangle": Rue du Château d'Eau, Rue de la Chevauchée, and Rue du Cuisinier. They surround the Clos du Poney.
