This is a smart system that resembles a real forest, but it is full of trees, shrubs, and plants that you can eat! Here you can see how nature takes good care of itself, without chemical agents. Tasting and smelling Along the way, we will also stop at some herbs and plants. You are allowed to smell and taste them yourself! The guide explains what they are good for and what you can make with them yourself. While you walk the route, you will discover the fascinating secrets of nature and the power of organic farming in places that are guaranteed to amaze you. Our enthusiastic guide is eager to take you into a world full of fascinating stories that stimulate the imagination and where no curious question remains unanswered. Thanks to our custom-made tools, you will learn playfully how everything in nature is connected. A highlight of the route is the food forest: an innovative ecosystem designed after the model of a natural forest, but filled with edible trees, shrubs, and herbs. Here you see in practice how biodiversity ensures a resilient landscape without artificial interventions. We will also talk about some special herbs and plants: smell and taste, what are they good for, and what can you do with them. This workshop is tailored to people practicing Dutch, but everyone is welcome!
