Women's circle - slowing down, coming home to yourself & connecting

A women's circle is an evening to slow down and land within yourself and in connection . To not have to do anything for a while, and just be allowed to be. We come together in the peace of Secret Garden Dome — a special place in the middle of the greenery , where it naturally becomes a bit quieter in your head. In a small group of women (max 8) we create a gentle foundation where you are allowed to feel, share, or just be present. A place without judgment and without unsolicited advice , where you are supported by the group and come back into contact with yourself. I guide the circle with gentle, body-oriented exercises and tune into what is alive in the group. This creates space to settle, open up, and trust yourself again. Do you sometimes find it difficult to take up space or be completely yourself? Then let this circle be a safe place to come home to yourself, in connection with other women.
