For the first concert of his carte blanche, Matthias De Waele will pay tribute to the bebop giant Barry Harris with a special hommage to the album Luminescence!.  This album had a very uncommon line-up for that time period (the 1960's). The rhythm section consisting out of piano, double bass, and drums and the front line consisting out of tenor saxophone, trombone, and baritone saxophone. Creating a sound that was different and fat.
