Info session - Wastewater treatment: where do we stand in Héron?

Every day, the wastewater produced by our homes has a direct impact on the quality of our rivers, our soil, and, more broadly, our environment. Preserving water quality is a collective challenge in which every citizen has an essential role to play, particularly through connection, maintenance of installations, and the adoption of good daily practices. Effective sanitation thus contributes to protecting water resources, biodiversity, and our living environment. In order to better understand this major issue, the Association Intercommunale for Drainage and Purification (AIDE) of the municipalities of the province of Liège, in partnership with the Contrat de Rivière Meuse Aval, invites you to participate in an information session dedicated to wastewater sanitation in the different villages of the municipality. 𝗢𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺: collective and individual purification, state of the sewage network, comparison of different systems, available subsidies, maintenance obligations, and practical advice. This meeting will also be an opportunity to ask all your questions to specialists in the sector and to better understand, as a citizen, the actions and responsibilities that contribute to meeting this environmental challenge.
