Erfgoed Leeft! - Visit to the Innengaard

De Innengaard, in the castle garden of Rooigem, is a flower-picking garden and small-scale kombucha brewery where sustainable agriculture, fermentation, and meeting are central. Through community farming, the farmer and citizens work together on living soil and fair seasonal harvests. During this Erfgoed Leeft! activity, you will discover the story behind the garden and micro-brewery. After a short picking initiation, you will put together a colorful bouquet yourself. We will conclude with a visit to the brewery and a tasting moment with a sparkling kombucha mocktail.
