‘KIZUNA’ is
the Japanese word for connection. But also for obstruction and obstacle. That
double meaning makes it interesting. Today, we are constantly
connected. The internet is getting faster and fuller with
information. But are we really that connected to each other?
Tim
Oelbrandt takes his audience on a magical narrative about the small and
large things that connect us. With wonderful magic tricks, he lets you feel
how beautiful and valuable the connection with others can be, even with a
stranger.
Tim Oelbrandt was already a well-known name in the underground magic circuit
before he broke through to the theater audience. He is also a magic consultant for
theater and TV productions and worked on the VTM series ‘Nicholas’ and ‘Dat
belooft voor later’. Moreover, he can call himself Belgisch Kampioen Goochelen (2023)
and he won the award for ‘Most Original Act’ at the FISM European
Championship of Magic 2024.
