Italy, 102 minutes September 2007, Trieste. De Zweedse teenager Frederika has just arrived in Italy. At her new school, she has to hold her own as the only girl in a class full of Italian boys. Nevertheless, she manages to make friends with the sensitive Antero, the charming Pasini, and the protective Mitis. As the school year progresses, their mutual dynamics also change. A film that beautifully captures the thin line between warm friendship and mischievous romance. The film takes place when Slovenia's accession to the EU's Schengen Area suddenly lifted all border controls between Italy and Slovenia.
