Signing a sales compromise is, in principle, simple: an apartment, a buyer, a seller. Well... in principle! Denis (a little-prolific playwright) thinks he has found the ideal buyer for his apartment. He asks his old friend Martin (an aging actor, reassuring and somewhat unpredictable) to help him receive the buyer.
