Krakot is a wordless performance
about silence, noise, and everything in between
from rest to quite busy
to total chaos
and back again
oh yes there is also a creaking shack!
and probably there will also be
one or more creaking shacks
involved in it
In Krakot there are two characters, but there is not that much space.
A shelter for one, is exactly the place where the other lets loose.
And just when one wants to sing at the top of their lungs, the other wants to hear absolutely nothing for a moment. They clash, they argue, and the shacks creak. Where does that noise come from? When does it become quiet?
Eventually, one listens to the other and the two take refuge with each other.
