Marka in concert

Marka will perform with Tony La Monica, his partner in crime since 2020. The idea is to reunite as a duo on stage, as if we were in a barn. A Belgian-style blues juke joint. The equipment provided is basic: two guitars and a bass drum. Marka will perform his oldest tracks as well as those from the new acoustic album "Appelez-moi Serge," which will accompany this tour (distributed by PIAS starting March 2025). The arrangements are simple, without artifice, and leave room for the lyrics written by MC Solaar, Jacques Duvall, Riton Liebman, or Marka. They will be joined by Benoît Poncin on double bass and Pierre Ducaju on keyboards for a concert with a unique atmosphere.
