I control a small Ozobot robot

Did you know that you can control a robot by simply drawing? In this interactive workshop, children discover the world of programming with the Ozobot step by step. First, we think together about what “digital” means and learn that a robot can only execute clear instructions. Then the children experiment themselves: they observe the robot, discover its lights, wheels and sensors, and draw lines, routes and color codes with felt-tip pens. This way they let the Ozobot speed up, turn, stop or follow a route. Will it be a racetrack, maze or dance floor? The children choose themselves and test their ideas immediately. In a playful way, they learn logical thinking, debugging and creative coding, first without a screen and then also digitally.
