DAY 2 - CHANTILLY: Castle, park, and Stables with a horse dressage show. This castle houses the second-largest art collection in France (after the Louvre). - SENLIS is a nearby small town, rightly called a historical gem. DAY 3 -In CHAALIS, we visit the royal abbey in the morning, founded by Louis VI, located in an immense park, with a mill, orangery, rose garden, and chapel with exceptional Renaissance frescoes. -After lunch, we make a short stop in the forest of COMPIEGNE and visit the Armistice Museum there. -On the way back, we stop in the picturesque town of NOYONS, Stad van Kunst and History. Karel de Grote and Hugo Capet were crowned King of the Franks here. From the 4th to the 18th century, it was also the Seat of the archbishop. The beautiful town hall, authentic half-timbering, cozy squares, narrow streets, and inviting terraces define the image of this smaller town.
