In this interactive workshop, we will immerse you in the digital world. Don't have the itsme® app yet? No problem, we will first install the app together on your own smartphone or tablet. We will guide you through some online health-related applications and briefly introduce the My CM app. There is plenty of time to try it out yourself. A CM consultant will explain everything.
