Meander - Marta & Kim, Knot on Hands & Felix Zech

In Meander five circus and dance artists weave a visual landscape. They slide and climb over and under each other, go into the air, or entwine themselves into one body. Like a new river finding its course, or like a flock of birds migrating as one body. In this continuum of movement and rhythm, the performers emphasize their mutual trust despite the frictions and fractures between them. Meander is an ode to the process, to our constantly changing view of how we experience each other and our environment. By breaking away from traditional patterns, the five performers create a space in which a new discovery, a new question, or a new insight can always arise. After many crossovers, partner acrobats Knot on Hands, Felix Zech, and the duo Marta & Kim join forces. Together they have already won the BNG Bank dance and circus prize three times, were selected for CircusNext, nominated for the Prize of the Nederlandse Dansdagen, and have performed their own work more than 350 times at home and abroad.
