In the hope of spending a convivial moment, Léa organizes a dinner between friends. Thomas, her depressed companion, has not frequented his office for several months. At first glance, the idea of welcoming his colleague Antoine, his wife Marie, and a third companion, Sami, is rather joyful. But when Thomas makes an announcement as terrible as it is incongruous, the dinner takes on frightening proportions... Why do we sometimes feel so isolated in the middle of other guests? What is at stake, beyond the apparent normality of the words exchanged? What unbearable subtexts, what power relations, what contained violence? In this tragicomedy, the actors exacerbate, with vitality and agility, the dynamics at work in social relations. From realism to the absurd, they dislodge the frightening banality of life. What if acts of madness were attempts to become the heroes and heroines of our own lives?
