Ólafur Arnalds will be back in Brussels in the autumn of 2026 for two essential concerts at the Cirque Royal, on October 12 and 13! These Belgian dates are part of Falling Apart Together, his new ambitious and deeply innovative live project. This international tour will take the artist across Europe with hand-picked stops including Dublin, London, Paris, Berlin and... Brussels! A multi-award-winning Icelandic composer and producer, Ólafur Arnalds is recognized for his unique talent for fusing neo-classical, electronic, and ambient music, creating soundscapes of great emotional depth. The Brussels public has strong memories of his visit last year with Kiasmos, during grandiose concerts at Cirque Royalet at the OLT Rivierenhof, celebrating the return of the iconic duo he forms with his compatriot Janus Rasmussen. Always in motion, Arnalds multiplies projects and collaborations, notably in 2025 with singer Loreen in the "SAGES" project, or on "A Dawning" created with the artist Talos. Through Falling Apart Together, Ólafur Arnalds explores a format that transcends the traditional concert, offering a deeply immersive experience, both sensory and emotional. Designed as an invitation to bring artists and the public closer together, this project dwells on our fragilities, exploring the protection mechanisms we put in place and the beauty that emerges when they begin to crack. Surrounded by loyal musicians, Ólafur blends new compositions and striking pieces from his repertoire, in a hybrid format that pushes the boundaries of live performance and favors intimacy, vulnerability, and sharing. After the acclaimed re:member and some kind of peace tours, which sold out in legendary venues around the world, he returns with his most personal work to date.
