Live cooking on the Cathedral square

Every Thursday, the Short-Circuit market sets up on the Place de la Cathédrale to offer the best of local producers. But this year, the event goes even further by welcoming renowned chefs from the Cité ardente. From 12 PM to 2 PM, these enthusiasts will step out of their kitchens to perform live cooking demonstrations using seasonal products from short supply chains.\nHere are the dates not to be missed:\nSeptember 17: chef Noah Maigray will share his passion for seasonal cuisine where \"quality is in the gesture\".\nOctober 15: Quinze will close this fine series with refined and modern cuisine signed by Yoann Jüngling.\nIt is a unique opportunity to see professionals at work and understand how to cook locally on a daily basis.
