Work In Progress | Detours Festival

The Work In Progress du Detours Festival section is dedicated to the support and professionalization of emerging choreographers.\n\nAt the end of artistic residencies, Belgian and international companies present their creations in progress during two public evenings, September 16 and 17 at Centre Culturel Bruegel.\n\nThese presentations are an opportunity for the public and a panel of professionals (programmers, cultural partners, institutions) to discover projects in the making and to exchange directly with the artists.\n\nAwards and distribution opportunities are awarded to support the development of the works and promote their circulation in Belgium and internationally.\n\nLe Work In Progress thus constitutes a real springboard for artists, while offering the public a privileged look at the creative processes in contemporary urban dance.
