Sauvages, a film by Claude Barras (2024) In Borneo, on the edge of the rainforest, Kéria collects a baby orangutan found in the palm oil plantation where her father works. At the same time Selaï, her young cousin, comes to find refuge with them to escape the conflict that opposes his nomadic family to the forestry companies. Together, Kéria, Selaï and the baby monkey named Oshi will brave all obstacles to fight against the destruction of the ancestral forest, more than ever threatened.
