SUMMER TOURS 2026 - De Monteberg

DE MONTEBERG - LOKER - 7.1 KM Before the 16th century, ’Monteberg’ was the name for the current Kemmelberg. The lower spur of the Kemmelberg massif towards Dranouter retained this old name. Thanks to its design as a provincial domain, the landscape underwent a green metamorphosis, with beautiful walking paths. Here too, a fascinating piece of regional history: with Huize Godtschalck we make the link with Wijtschate, Ypres, and the orphanages in the region.
