Only a miracle

In ‘Alleen een wonder’, Johannes Lievens tells about someone who is saved by a kiwi plant, someone who is finished off by five numbers, and someone whose life changed due to a meeting at the foot of the Himalayas. Together with drummer Orlan Ghekiere, Johannes is feverishly on a journey, for nights on end, in search of stability. ‘Alleen een wonder’ is an ode to the unexpected turn. Can a story save someone? Two years ago, Johannes already made ‘De eenzame stad’ under the wings of Martha!tentatief. Johan Petit and Suzanne Grotenhuis are also putting their shoulders to Johannes’ writing and acting process for ‘Alleen een wonder’.
