Taichi Antwerpen introductory lesson

Come and get acquainted with Tai Chi in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. During this introductory lesson, you will learn the basic movements and gain insight into the soothing power of this ancient Chinese movement art. We focus on improving balance, body alignment, and coordination. Experienced practitioners with intermediate knowledge are also welcome to deepen their skills and gain new inspiration. Ideal for both beginners and those with intermediate experience! The lessons in the park are given by Ken, who has experience in Tai Chi and Qigong, as well as Chinese culture.
