A group of 60-plus people meets every week to loosen up the muscles a bit, under supervision. But without tiring themselves too much. On a chair, take it easy, no hassle. Until their faithful supervisor – himself no longer the youngest – suddenly passes away. His place is taken by an enthusiastic young spring-in-the-field, full of energy and grand plans. The chairs make way for gymnastics equipment and Olympic gold is his goal. Whether that is still to the liking of the old folks, that is the question.
