Le Théâtre de Sumatra by the Magic Land Théâtre ... in the garden

Le Magic Land Théâtre presents "Le Trésor de Sumatra" in a private garden in Malèves.
A somewhat eccentric researcher, accompanied by his young wife, embarks aboard the indomitable Espadon, a tub steered by Captain Blanchard. Braving all dangers, the vessel sets sail for Sumatra in search of a lost treasure, but the journey is long and dangers await our friends at every stop.
In the purest tradition of Magic Land, this new participatory creation plunges us into the heart of the 19th century, into the world of Jules Verne and the great explorers, so it is no surprise if, at each stop, the audience transforms into an inextricable jungle or a gathering of wild beasts.
This summer tour was born in 2020, because of Covid. Le Magic Land theater, like all theaters, had to close its doors. To be able to continue performing, it then moved to private homes, playing in their gardens, on village squares, in school courtyards, and in every possible place that is not between four walls and under a roof.
