2026 - LDC Den Boom met OKRA Duffel : Herkennen van ouderen mis(be)handeling Friday, June 5, 2026 Lecture by professor Liesbeth De Donder (VUB) in which elder abuse is central, a subject that still remains unspoken too often. When does help become transgressive? What if decisions are made without consultation? How do you recognize signs of abuse? You will get a clear insight into what elder abuse exactly entails, in which forms it occurs - such as physical, psychological, and financial abuse and neglect - and how you can recognize signs.
