The (Young) Dementia Family Group for the Londerzeel region is meeting around the topic: "What does a caregiver need to be able to provide good care?". De Familiegroep (Young) Dementia is a group of, for, and by caregivers and family members of people with young-onset dementia. Caregivers and family members of people with (young) dementia come together to exchange information, experiences, and support. They share their worries, tips, and tricks with fellow sufferers. Providing care to your loved one with (young) dementia is often rewarding, but can also be very burdensome. "You have to think about yourself in time," they say. But how do you do that? De Familiegroep (young) dementia helps you with that. We speak of young-onset dementia when the disease is diagnosed before the age of 65. In addition to a brief introduction to the central theme, the exchange of experiences is central. Could you let us know if you wish to participate? You are most welcome! The doors open at 7:30 PM, we start at 8:00 PM.
