Trees on my land

Bomen op mijn land is a film that shows how we can bring nature and agriculture closer together. You will see examples of various agroforestry pioneers from Belgium and France. The film Bomen op mijn land follows pioneers in agroforestry in Belgium and Northern France. Filmmaker Joris van der Kamp documented over four seasons how integrating trees and shrubs into agricultural systems can not only restore biodiversity and food security, but also contribute to a better quality of life. The film paints a vivid portrait of farming families who bring nature and agriculture closer together, and shows how agroforestry can strengthen both the sustainability and economic resilience of agricultural businesses. Together with Matthias Van Woensel (Gillisbos), a food forest pioneer from our region, we will hold a follow-up discussion. Registration is required.
