An incredible dance of bouncing balls BaalDay, YawnDay, IDontWantToDay, DawdleDay, NotFreeDay, TooTiredDay, WhereIsTheSunThenDay. Somewhere, Someone was given the task of putting the same balls into the same bin over and over again. Someone does it day in day out, year in year out, and no one actually knows why. In the hope that the walls won't close in on Someone, they start throwing them against them. This way, Someone lets the balls travel longer paths through the space, sometimes gracefully and deceptively simple, sometimes powerful and complex. To - if everything goes well - end up neatly in the bin. Only, everything doesn't always go well. And how much "not going well" can Someone endure? While the balls become ballast, Iemand Ergens tries to unravel a new dimension in space and time - or is it in the head - to escape the colorless monotony. And when that succeeds, something is created that you could call pure magic. Voor Ballroom you take a seat in a converted truck. Inside, visual artist Lodewijk Heylen created a set out of concrete, in which juggler Stijn Grupping thanks to a lot of practice and a little magic creates an incredible dance of bouncing balls. To the sounds of musicians Jochem Baelus and Frederik Meulyzer, he takes you on a wordless trip.
