La Bataille de Gaulle: The Iron Age

June 1940. France surrenders to the German army and signs the armistice. Amidst the chaos, one man refuses to accept the situation: General de Gaulle. As a brand-new enemy of the state, he flees - without an army, without support, without hope - to London to pick up the pieces of his fallen fatherland. De Gaulle has one rock-solid conviction: Europe must not lay down its arms against Nazi Germany and a new France will one day be free again. The bitter reality is sobering, but bit by bit, resistance fighters arise in England, France, and Africa.
