Film club for teenagers

Are you crazy about film? Always wanted to run a cinema? Do you like to look further than the umpteenth James Bond? Then the Filmclub might be something for you. Youth service and Bib Stekene are organizing a film club for teenagers again during the 2026 - 2027 school year. De Filmclub consists of 12- to 18-year-olds who are interested in film and like to share this with others. We are launching the Filmclub on Friday, June 19 with the film 'Whiplash'. A powerful music film by Damien Chazelle. With, among others, Miles Teller, J.K. Simmons, Melissa Benoist and Paul Reiser. After the film screening, a surprise is provided. 'Andrew Neiman is a promising 19-year-old drummer, who studies at the prestigious Shaffer Conservatorium in New York. He is noticed there by the brilliant music teacher Terence Fletcher, who is known for his feared, Spartan teaching methods.' Teenagers between 12 and 18 years old are more than welcome!
