Psallentes focuses on Gregorian chant and related polyphony. Under the direction of Hendrik Vanden Abeele, the choir performs throughout Europe and North America. They were nominated by Klara in 2018 as "Ensemble of the Year". The ladies perform music by Hildegard von Bingen. Her music is very virtuosic and is experienced as soothing.
