Natchav - Les ombres portées

At the first light of dawn, the circus Natchav enters the city. Unannounced they arrive and soon the first sounds resonate while a large circus tent is hoisted into the air. The tension and curiosity rise among the population but unfortunately, the city council is not happy with the arrival of the circus. The circus artists resist, an acrobat is arrested and a whole world gets trapped… Natchav (to leave or flee in Romani) tells the adventures of a circus that defies all laws and rules to be able to continue to exist in freedom. Four puppeteers and two musicians confront two opposing worlds: that of the circus and the prison. As in a film that is recorded live on stage, you are taken on an adventure and at the same time get a glimpse into what happens behind the scenes. Natchav is impressive shadow theater by the French company Les ombres portées in which fantasy and reality are mixed.
