Opera at the Cinema - rerun - Kinepolis Braine l'Alleud - The Magic Flute

Combining adventure, humor, and magic, The Magic Flute follows Prince Tamino in his quest to save Princess Pamina, accompanied by the irresistible Papageno. Between fantastic creatures, initiatory trials, and the struggle between light and darkness, Mozart creates a timeless fairy-tale story driven by sublime music. With its world-famous arias — including the formidable vocalizations of the Queen of the Night — The Magic Flute remains one of the most accessible and marvelous operas ever composed, ideal to discover on the big screen. Le Metropolitan Opera made history in December 2006 with the very first transmission in cinemas worldwide. Now this enchanting opera returns for an exceptional screening.
