Since 2000, at least 10,000 Italians have made Brussels their home. Not migration out of necessity, but a conscious choice for a city that offers more opportunities. Based on 77 interviews, Italo 2000 paints a portrait of these new Italo-Bruxellois: their choices, their identity and their view of the city they now call home.
