36th Summer Nocturne

On the occasion of the Fête de la Musique on Saturday, June 20, 2026, the City of Ath will vibrate to the rhythm of the 36th edition of the Nocturne de l’été, organized by the A.C.A. The festivities will begin in the city center at 6:00 PM and will continue into the evening with the band DKD Cover for an exceptional concert at Ernest Cambier square. This unmissable event on the Ath calendar marks the arrival of summer each year in a friendly, festive atmosphere that is resolutely focused on local commerce. For this new edition, the entire city center will be pedestrianized from 4:00 PM to ensure the comfort and safety of all. Ath will be transformed into a true space for meeting and discovery. Parking solutions for everyone will be accessible around the center to facilitate access. Shops will remain open in the evening and will offer visitors a unique experience, combining shopping, conviviality, and musical entertainment. Artisans, merchants, and street vendors will contribute to creating an attractive dynamic, strengthening the bond between professionals and citizens. In addition, from 4:00 PM, a flea market will be organized on Ernest Cambier street, from the Monument towards Rue du Collège. The pitch fee is €5 for 3 meters. Please note, flea market vendors' vehicles will not be able to remain on site. Parking spaces will be reserved for them around the Saint-Julien church.
