Bodywork into movement: deepening

In these deepening sessions, we build further on the insights from the basic series ‘Bodywork into Movement: Conne-x-ions’. The connection with our body via a somatic approach remains central. The focus and the deepening element of these sessions shift in this course to the dance part. Here we sharpen our physical intelligence further and refine our dance potential to dance together from openness and growing trust. We practice, investigate, play, and above all experience how we can arrive at dance gems from a sense of connection. Instructors: Oona Van Aken
