Discovering the Côte d'Opale

Discovering the Côte d’Opale Day trip on June 19 Willemsfonds Blankenberge invites you on Friday, June 19 for a unique day trip to the Côte d’Opale . We get (exceptionally!) access to the largest open-pit mine in France. A guide takes us (exclusively!) into a 17th-century sea fort (not accessible at high tide!). We have a Burgundian lunch in a typical French Estaminet . From the white cliffs of Cap Blanc Nez we overlook the English coast and go fossil hunting. An ideal spring trip, and also accessible for those who are less mobile! Because of the exclusive access, the number of participants is limited to 23. We work with the first come first served principle, where the payment counts as the registration moment.
