Creative workshop: create, feel, share
Every first Wednesday of the month, the BELvue offers a sensitive and creative workshop, designed for people living with Alzheimer's disease or related disorders, and their family caregivers.
This workshop offers a moment of expression and encounter in the museum's universe, without a tour itinerary. Starting from a work of art, a theme, or an element of Belgium's history, participants are invited to explore their creativity through movement, mime, dance, painting, collage, or exchange.
Everyone can participate at their own pace, according to their desires and possibilities. A gesture, a color, a word, or a memory become ways to express oneself, share, and create a bond with others.
This creative time fosters the awakening of the senses, personal expression, and the pleasure of being together. It offers a warm parenthesis where the imagination, the body, and memory meet, strengthening the complicity between the accompanied persons and their family caregivers.
