Workshop First Aid for babies, toddlers and children

NL / In these interactive workshops you will learn the most important first aid techniques, but also how to remain calm and emotionally stable in stressful emergency situations. We combine hands-on first aid exercises (choking, resuscitation, wounds, febrile seizures) with practical psychological tools such as breathing exercises, stress regulation, and communication in crisis moments. FR / During these interactive workshops (in Dutch), you will learn the main first aid techniques, but also how to remain calm and emotionally stable in stressful emergency situations.
