Every Friday evening throughout the summer, a free double concert in the garden of Ensemble. Josefine Mose • 7 PM Brussels based singer-songwriter with jazz influences Josefine Mose takes you to dark nights on a deserted road, to intimate moments at home with a good glass of whiskey in hand, musing about your deepest soul stirrings. Josefine is a classically trained singer-songwriter from the heart of Brussels, with a love for early jazz, soul, and funk. Her music is described as intimate and lived-in, with its own jazzy sound. Behind the piano, she takes you on a trip through her personal stories - sometimes vulnerable and desperate, then again hopeful, comforting, or with a touch of humor. STOELEN EN BANKEN • 8 PM JONGEDULD 2026, doom, sludge metal, vague and solid Stoelen en Banken is not a band, it is an interior structure in ruins. They make music that sounds like a hardware store exploding in slow motion: heavy, messy, and yet with precision in every splinter. Do not expect neat lines or smooth surfaces. They screw metal to sludge, hammer grunge with rusty jazz, and seal everything with a thick layer of doomgaze. Sometimes slow as a cupboard falling over, sometimes sharp as a loose screwdriver in your face. In case of announced rain, the concert will take place under the shelter of the courtyard or indoors.
