June 7, 1:30 PM-4:00 PM Bezoekerscentrum Hengelhoef, Hengelhoefdreef 6 Houthalen 1-3 km WILD FORAGING WALK & WORKSHOP (early summer edition) Will you go wild with wild foraging herb guide Eefje? She would love to take you on a voyage of discovery through our Limburgs Landschap. Let yourself be surprised by all the wild herbs that grow right at your feet. We will walk, forage, and finish with a few small preparations. (Also note the summer edition on August 9 and autumn edition on September 20). We will make wild flower and herb butter (to take home), wild fruit salad (to eat there), and flower and herb tea (to drink there). Bring along: cutting board, small kitchen knife, and mug.
