Inhale Delirium Exhale

Inhale Delirium Exhale is a sensory performance in which Miet Warlop brings the imagination to life like an untameable wave: powerful, unpredictable and constantly in motion. Accompanied by a group of performers and metres of silk fabric, a visual universe unfolds that oscillates between chaos and beauty. Inspired by the movement of waves, Warlop explores how ideas arise, collide and then fade away. Images pile up, tilt and burst open, as if the imagination itself were becoming a collective force, sweeping the audience along in a tide of wonder and delight. DEEWEE’s music propels the choreography forward like a rhythmic, almost ritualistic concert. The result is a poetic and physical experience of transformation and creation: a plunge into the inner turbulence of the creative process, where everything comes into being and dissolves at the same time, somewhere between inhaling and exhaling.
