We make funny poses, learn to breathe calmly together, and become completely relaxed. No perfect poses needed — fun and connection are central! A wonderful moment to move together, cuddle, and completely unwind for a while. Come and enjoy a warm, playful session full of connection and relaxation! Practical When: Feel free to drop in between 09:00 and 11:30 and come enjoy a fun activity and a chat with other (grand)parents together with your (grand)child.
