The Doors performed by Alex Agnew & The Moonlovers

We always close the season with a big party and this time we have invited none other than Alex Agnew & The Moonlovers! Alex Agnew is known as a stand-up comedian, podcaster, and singer. In 2018, his metal band Diablo Blvd played its swan song in a packed AB in Brussels. Alex Agnew, however, has not finished singing yet. What started as a one-off performance for the concept ‘Bloemen noch kransen’, in which Alex Agnew together with The Moonlovers was allowed to pay tribute to his first musical hero Jim Morrison and his band The Doors, quickly became a concert experience that was too unique to never repeat. This is not a tribute band. This is not an evening of covers. This is Alex Agnew & The Moonlovers perform The Doors. Jim Morrison (1943-1971) was the singer of the American band The Doors. His theatrical personality and his vivid lyrics invariably turned the concerts of The Doors into complete séances, where Morrison managed to make contact with the audience in a brilliant way. NOTE: this is a standing concert
