Carte Blanche / Jan Wagemans invites

CARTE BLANCHE brings unknown but strong musical talent from the Waasland together in the DC-Café. Every evening, one or two central guests are given carte blanche for a concert that seamlessly transitions into a jam session, wild experiments, and unexpected crossovers. Music, visuals, and design merge into an open lab for creation and meeting. As the quirky little brother of Sin City Burning, together with Lawijtstrijd, a close local musician community is being built in this way so that DC can continue to grow into a musical breeding ground that helps shape the future of the concert hall. Guitarist? Drummer? Keyboardist? Nightingale? Or do you just want to try it out and meet other musicians? Come by, plug in, and join in! Feel free to bring your own instrument.
